Hot dogs are not trashy

Ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you I love hot dogs. I've always loved them. I love a Costco dog (I always ask for two containers of kraut) with yellow mustard. I love a hot dog at the ballpark. I love hot dogs on the grill. I especially love hot dogs on the beach.

Whole Foods has super fancy brioche rolls - the ones that open at the top just like you get on the east coast with lobster in them. I had to have them.

Toppings this time? Mama Lil's mustard and relish that is so divine I could eat it with a spoon. I put it under and over that hot dog. Savored every bite.
