Focaccia Round 2

After the big fail last week, I decided to give the no-knead focaccia another try. It's mostly hands-free so, it's easy enough to do during the day while I am working from my kitchen counter.
Here's what I did differently:
- I let it rise for another hour (recipe says 2-3 hours and I left it alone for 3 1/2)
- I picked the right skillet (10" as the recipe says. I goofed and picked a 12" last time)
- I let the second rise go about an hour vs. the 30 min. in the recipe
- I pre-heated the oven for 45 min at 450
The result? A completely light, delicious, salty focaccia. Yum. We have half left - more croutons? Yes!
