Focaccia

Pat, of salad dressing fame, made focaccia this past week and I just couldn't help myself. She claimed it was an easy recipe and the result was light, with a salt crunch crust. Hers was beautiful. Mine refused to rise and brown. I got a dense, thin loaf. I had a piece and it sits untouched on the counter. Maybe focaccia croutons?
