Cookies on demand

If I bake a full recipe of cookies, two things will happen: we eat them all, or they get stale. Usually, stale is what happens. So now I just make cookie dough, and freeze it.

I had three very over-ripe bananas that needed to be used for something. First choice was banana bread. I just finished the bread experiment. More bread? No.

So I made these. Banana Oatmeal Cookies. They taste like banana bread.
